Lot 3373 RUGER OLD MODEL 45 BLACKHAWK CONVERTIBLE REVOLVER.

Cal. 45 Colt. S# 45-06796. Bbl. 7 1/2" with serrated blade integral to ramped base as front sight plus frame mounted factory adjustable rear sight. Mfg. 1971 (1971-1973) as BKH-45X; total of about 23,000 Old Model 45's made. Oiled walnut grips on XR3-RED alloy grip frame having black eagle medallions. Has captive collared base pin, drilled through base pin latch alloy ejector housing, matching numbered 45 Colt cylinder, "INC." on barrel and eagle logo on cylinder frame. Does not have factory safety update parts; original lockwork. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: original yellow and black 2 piece box showing traces of being numbered to this revolver. Generally looking very good, but break on top and bottom at right front corner having tape repair. Spare matching numbered 45 ACP cylinder in red felt bag enclosed in original auxiliary box with broken (enclosed) ends. CONDITION: very light high edge wear on grip frame by trigger guard plus at left front corner. Very small spot (not line) on cylinder from having the elevation screw turned in too far; balance near excellent including bore having unfired appearance. (26-1095/NW). CURIO. $1,000-1,500.
